Ticket Returns, Refunds and exchanges
Ticket returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Box Office for assistance.
Ticket Donations
While tickets are non-refundable, patrons do have the option to donate their unused tickets back to BRSO as a tax-deductible contribution. You may visit the Box Office in person, or call the Box Office at (225) 383-0500 to donate tickets back prior to the performance.
